What can't I put in the dumpster?
The following items are strictly prohibited and cannot go in our dumpsters: hazardous materials (paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides), batteries (car, lithium, or household), tires, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, medical or biohazard waste, propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders, electronics (TVs, computers, monitors), refrigerators or appliances containing Freon, motor oil or other automotive fluids, and any liquid waste. Wet concrete and asphalt are also not accepted. Prohibited items carry a violation fee. When in doubt, give us a call before you toss it — we're happy to help.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Nope — as long as we have clear access to the drop-off spot and any gate codes or special instructions, we can handle delivery and pickup without you being there.
What if I need more time?
No problem — just email us before your rental period ends and we'll get you set up with an extension.
Can I put the dumpster on my driveway or street?
Yes — most customers place the dumpster in their driveway, which works great and requires no permit. If you need it on a public street, a permit may be required depending on your municipality.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on rental duration and material type. Standard dumpster rentals are $275 for 1–3 days (1 ton included) or $350 for 4–7 days (1.5 tons included). Heavy materials (dirt, concrete, rocks, brick) are $375 for 1–3 days or $450 for 4–7 days. Natural vegetation haul-off is a flat $175 same-day rate. Extensions beyond 7 days are $20/day. Overage weight is billed at $60/ton over the included limit.
What counts as heavy material?
Heavy materials include dirt, concrete, rocks, and brick. These require a special rate because of the added weight and disposal costs. Heavy materials may only fill the container halfway and cannot be mixed with other debris — violations carry a $150 fee.
What if I go over the weight limit?
Overage weight is billed at $60 per ton over the included limit. The included limit is 1 ton for 1–3 day rentals and 1.5 tons for 4–7 day rentals. You'll be invoiced for any overage after pickup.
